本會已於2023年11月與印尼清真產品保證機構（BPJPH）簽署互認協議（MRA），確認本會核發清真的證書獲得印尼政府的認可。根據印尼政府規定從2026年10月17日後出口至印尼市場販售的產品需在SIHALAL(註一) 完成受其認可之清真證書及產品註冊。本會考量大部分驗證廠商為中小型企業，限於人力資源可能無法了解或執行其相關規範。為協助輔導廠商進入印尼市場所需辦理之註冊業務，並提升台灣廠商的競爭力以開拓商機，本會擬邀請專家於113年12月25日上午9時在國立中興大學農環大樓國際會議廳舉辦“印尼清真商機說明會”。本次說明會將介紹一站式服務平台，包括SIHALAL及BPOM(註二)註冊、清真諮詢及清真教育訓練的說明會。

註一: 印尼清真認證之官方系統，全名為 Sistem Informasi Halal(簡稱Sihalal)，由印尼清真產品保障機構（BPJPH - Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal）管理。Sihalal 系統旨在為食品、藥品、化妝品及其他已獲得BPJPH認可之清真驗證單位(如本會)認證之產品，提供進口商作線上BPJPH清真證書之登記、註冊。

註二: 印尼的食品藥品監督管理局（Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan，簡稱BPOM），負責監管和規範食品、藥品、化妝品及其他相關產品的品質和安全性、有效性。主要任務為法規制定、執行、監督和頒發產品許可證證書，食品、藥品和化妝品等，係進入市場販售前的許可證書，故所有之販售產品均需註冊登記並取得許可號碼。

THIDA signed a Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) with BPJPH (Indonesia Halal Authority) in November 2023, which ensures the recognition of THIDA's certificate by the Indonesian government.

As per the Indonesian government's regulations, products exported to Indonesia must complete the registration of recognized Halal-certified products at the SIHALAL (Note 1) platform by October 17, 2026.

We recognize that many of our clients are small and medium-sized enterprises with limited human resources, which may not be able to understand or fully implement their relevant specifications. Therefore, THIDA has invited GLOBAL HALAL EC INC., LTD. to hold a seminar on 25^th December 2024 entitled “New Global Halal Regulations and Market Trends”.

This seminar will introduce the ONE-STOP SERVICE platform, covering the registration of SIHALAL and BPOM (Note 2) services, management consulting for Halal certification and market development to Indonesia, and professional training for talent procurement to the Halal-certified industries. This initiative will not only assist Taiwan’s manufacturers in handling business related to the Indonesian market but also enhance their competitiveness and business opportunities in the Global Halal Market.

The seminar will be held at the International Conference Hall of Agriculture and Environmental Science Building (National Chung Hsing University, Taichung City, Taiwan).

Note 1: The official online platform for registering Indonesian Halal Certification, which stands for Sistem Informasi Halal, is managed by The Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH - Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal). The SIHALAL system aims to provide online application and registration services for food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and other products that require Halal certification, certified by BPJPH-recognized Foreign Halal Certification Body such as THIDA.

Note 2: Indonesia’s National Food and Drug Control Agency (BPOM - Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan) regulates the safety, efficacy, and quality of food, drugs, cosmetics, and other related products. Mainly responsible for the formulation of regulations, enforcement, supervision, and issuance of product licenses (e.g., pre-market licenses for drugs, food, and cosmetics). BPOM controls drug and food marketing in Indonesia by issuing market authorization with a registration number.
