Saudi Food Forum, to be held from December 8-11, 2013 at Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is running concurrent to the Foodex Saudi Expo, the only trade event in the Kingdom that is focused on Food products. The Forum is organized by Reed Sunaidi, a subsidy of Reed UK, the largest event organizer in the world and Halal Development Council (HDC). The theme of the Forum is “Saudi Arabia: Gateway of US$66bn food market”. Attendance will be from Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), International Trade Corporation (ITC), relevant Saudi Ministers, Government Departments, Financial institutions, Food experts and halal CBs from around the world.
Halal Congress Middle East, to be held from December 16-18, 2013 at Sharjah Expo, United Arab Emirates. It is a concurrent event to 2nd OIC Halal Middle East Expo, the biggest Halal Trade show in the region, organized by Expo Sharjah, Sharjah Chamber of Commerce, ICDT-OIC and Halal Development Council (HDC). This year the Congress theme is “One Halal Logo – One Halal Standard: United we succeed – Divided we fall”. Halal experts, Scientists, Shariah experts and Halal CBs from around th world will be attending this event.
International Delegates are invited to attend both event in Saudi Arabia and also in UAE and the 4 days gap in between the 2 events can be best utilized to perform Umrah.
PROPOSAL:
Keeping in view of your excellent position in your country, HDC is happy to offer you a proposal to promote the 2 events to the Halal companies in your country as this is a good opportunity for you to introduce their products in the middle east. You can introduce the 2 trade shows (Jeddah & UAE) to these co’s to make a national pavilion. We have the following special offer for you to cover both events, if you help in marketing and promoting the events:
a) 10% discount/commission on Stand Sales in ‘HDC International Pavilion’ of the two trade shows (on raw space, not shell scheme or extras in the stand)
b) 10% discount/commission of Delegate Registration Sales amount for the two Conferences.
c) 15% discount/commission of Sponsorship Sales amount for the two Conferences.
d) Complimentary Hotel accommodation to 1 representative of your co during an event, if the no of booth sold is 10 or more in that event.
e) Complimentary return Air ticket (economy class most direct route) to 1 representative of your co to attend an event, if number of booth sold is 25 or more in that event.
